I have looked up the RCW and cro= ss referenced it with Tacoma Municipal Code and it says they can enter the property if it has been vacant for a year and a few other reasons. The RCW law which is stiff on property owners, looks to have been adopted this unconstitutional legislation based on the International Residential Code in/around 1994 and Tacoma put it in their ordinance in early 2000's.

Tacoma has said several things taking the defense -my friend spoke with the inspector and the inspe= ctor said if I sue that I would for sure lose and that if I wanted to rent it out after I fixed it up I would have to get a permit (City of Auburn already do= es this).

There are more details I have discovered and a case now in the Supreme Court I need to find out more information on regarding a citizen suing the state over code violations.&nb= sp; I have gone to the assistant supervisor of Public Works who supervises the = Code Violation Dept I am told. Besides speaking with the people in chain of command at Code Violation Dept, I have contacted my city Council rep who has not heard of this type of thing and he is going to speak with the Code Violation Dept.

I plant to go to a regular City Council Public comment time and bring this issue up to the public next Tues= day the first week in August at Council Chambers.

I would demand from the cit= y, the entire "linage/thread" of the codes, laws, court decesions, legislation and history of compliance or non compliance of such cases = in Tacoma, Pierce County and the State where this has been done, if indeed it = has been with existing homes.

I would also contact all your lo= cal media and have this made as public as possible. If you can expand on = your story to say a page or so, I will put it out to my distribution and post on= my site and include all the media in Puget Sound as well as the Washington Hou= se and Senate, if you wish that. You should also contact your District Senator and Representatives and let them know what is happening. Give them the names and phone numbers of all your City contacts.  If y= ou are lucky enough to hafe a rare government type worth their salt, they will help you.

The idea of the dam governm= ent telling you what you can and cannot use in your home is ever increasing and= has long crossed the threshold of all our unalienable rights including tresspas= s, privacy, allodial title, etc. There are no fundamental or founding la= ws of the land allowing them to do this. This is all created over the la= st hundred for commercial codes for revenue being illegitimately cast over the natural born sovereign and free state Citizens who have no obligation to comply. The courts and the legislature and the executive have no separation of power and act together now to increase their revenue at any c= ost vs. abiding by their oath and protecting our rights.

They are all crooks.

Also tell them you are going to fight this and will retain one of the prominent property rights legal foundations in Puget Sound. Sometimes they will just crawl away when = they realize you are not going to roll over.

Number 2 that Jack listed below is probably your best bet to contact first. They may recommend someone else to you, but that is a good place to start.

Are they requiring these things of you in order for you to get a permit?
