agree with you more!! What is even more on the scary side of this art=

is the fact that the Security and Prosperity Partnership that Bush signed in
March of 2005 with Canada and Mexico could have been the actual beginn=
ing
of the North American Union(NAU). To think=
that
here we are- only 5 short years later- looking at regional commonalities th=
at
stretch across the Canadian borders to "unite" us in the
eco-governance is really disturbing to me. I suppose that its no surprise that we refuse to enforce the
southern border as well. Furthermore, I have noticed one heck of a lo=
t of
references to our country- the USA- being referred to as North America.&nbs=
p; I
don't know if that offends you or not, but it sure does offend me. At=
no
time in my life will I ever be a North American citizen or a global citizen=
or
a New World Order citizen. I am an American...period. If they a=
re
going to call me anything else, I would like to take that up with whoever
thinks they are in charge.
However much I am revolted by an
NAU, the European Union(EU) had the same takeover
happen to them. What they thought was just a free trade agreement, tu=
rned
out to be the initial steps of a unionization of their whole continent, for=
the
most part. That happened in 1972. What I found odd about the ye=
ar
is that 1972 was the same year that UN took ownership of most of our Nation=
al
Parks through the United Nations' World Heritage Treaty.

The problem is clearly the UN on=
US
soil. What we're doing about it is something that has already been
accomplished almost single-handedly by just one lady in Grant County OR.&nb=

She called a Congressional Hearing by getting 250 signatures. They vo=
ted
the UN out of their county 10 years ago. To this day, the Sheriff ref=
uses
access to any UN official or delegate and they are unable to step foot in t=
he
county.
So, having met this lady in pers=
on
and talked at length with her about this, we have written a County Resoluti=
on
that we will be submitting to our own County Commissioners this month. =
; If
they pass it, we can refuse UN access in this county as well, and therefore,
refuse UN programs in the future, such as all Sustainable
Development governance like Smart Growth, Growth Management, Comprehen=
sive
Planning, and the Wildlands Project.
I would like to see all the other
counties in WA sneak this one through as well. It can be accomplished
fairly low-key, if it is planned correctly. he
fewer greenies to catch onto the plan, the better. If this could catc=
h on
nation-wide, we could have a chance at refusing this garbage from the EPA, =
DOE,
etc, etc. Of course my HB/SB that I have written to limit the agencie=
s addresses that
as well, and that is also a necessary step to throw them off our trail.

to HR-5101 and to ALL green extreme out of state "wildlife
corridors". This is a national and global takeover of =

public and private land for out of state and international intere=

and benefits. This has little to do with saving the species and much =

to do with destroying local access and control to YOUR private and pub=
lic
lands. Just follow the money and the causes.
This is the same OLE gangre=
ne
shell game where the states and their municipal corporations and green
global groups steal as much as they can get away with, before
the locals wake up. Then it's too late and another reason for another=
revolution.
There are some 76 green sue happy groups in Missoula, home to University of
Montana and the Regional U.S. Forest Service Headquarters and probably many=
in
Bozeman home to MSU. This is no accident. Green takings are ste=
eped
in agenda junk debased "science" NOT true and honest independent
science.
Wake up Montana before your
traditions and property rights are completely destroyed as they have b=
een
in the State of Washington and Puget Sound. These green corridors are
a deadly terminal cancer which will eat you inside out and you wo=
n't
even know it until it is too late. The crooks in government will brok=
er
off your private and public land without any authority, jurisdiction o=
r your
approval and it will be sold all for your best good using the "be=

available science" grant money can buy off.
If you want to drive away
business and jobs and further hollow out your once allodial rights into
Swiss cheese titles and continue to collapse your economy, this is
definitely the way to go. It gets worse. If you think some=

else will save you, think again. All property takings conne=

to these same government and nongovernment groups who are taking over your
property for power and profit. Everyone but the property ow=

profit directly or indirectly from these takings. Property is not unl=

and currency or lack of, go hand and hand.=
They are both relatively worthless as they are eroded by increasing debt,
"subject to" obligations, liens, taxes, codes, fees, easements,
eminent domain, green nonsense conditions, mineral rights taking, permits,
licenses, conditional regulations, zoning and usury interest. All=
of which
are nonsense de facto, colored and debased hollow laws which go against the
Laws of Nature and Nature's God, the Declaration of Independence and the
action, intent and success of the American Revolution.

WHITEFISH - No park is an island.
That was the message from Whitefish, where
governors from Western states met early this week to discuss, among other
things, how to protect wildlife and ecosy=
stems
that span jurisdictional boundaries.
Montana shares borders with Idaho, and with
Wyoming and the Dakotas and with two Canadian provinces, "and wildlife, water and air don't declare allegianc=
e to
any of those borders," said Sally Jewell.
Jewell is president and CEO of the outdoor
recreation giant REI, and was among the panelists advising the governors on
Monday. She borrowed a quote from the naturalist John Muir to help make her
point that islands of protected wildland are only as strong as the corridors that lin=
k them
- "tug on anything at all, and you'll find it connected to everything =
else
in the universe."
Idaho's wolves are connected to Montana's
tourist economy. British Columbia's land-use decisions are connected to
Montana's water quality, which is connected to its fishery, which is connec=
ted,
again, to its economy.
Up in Glacier National Park, land managers s=
hare
a border with Alberta's Waterton Lakes National=
Park.
And according to Glacier Superintendent Chas Cartwright, they also share

approach to blurring boundaries is "a great model that we all c=
an
learn from," said Waterton Superintendent =

McDonough, adding that "the link between the parks is quite
seamless."

The challenge for state leaders, said Idaho wildlife professor Michael=
Scott, is to protect
landscapes large enough to be ecologically significant while at the =
same
time keeping those lands economically viable. The task will require transboundary partnerships, he said, because local solutions fail in a world of global probl=
ems.
Within this century, he said, the country's
population is expected to balloon to half a billion - and managing for wild=
life
will be a tremendous challenge in that world.
Scott, who also is a research scientist with=
the
U.S. Geological Survey, recommends finding ways to generate public support for wild corridors. Large landowners
will be necessary partners with government, he said, because "this is a
changing landscape; it's moving from ‘wildlife friendly' to
‘wildlife challenged.' "
Down in Co=
lorado
and New Mexico, the governors already have signed an agreement creating
corridors for elk along their shared border. Canada and the Pacific states have joined in a collaborative effort=
to
protect their shared ocean. Up in Montana and British Columbia, lead=
ers
have crafted plans to protect the transboundary wilds around Glacier and Waterton
national parks. (See related story.)
Future agreements must focus on the best habitat, Scott said, rather than on the high mountain scenery usually associated with
protected places.
"We have done a heck of a job protecting
rocks and ice," Scott said, but in the process hav=
e
left our parks isolated - too small and too fragmented to sustain natural
systems. Reconnecting them will take time, he cautioned, noting that habitat
loss is almost immediate, while restoration often requires years.
Currently, most state fish and wildlife agen=
cies
are funded by hunters and anglers, and yet sportsman numbers are in decline
relative to the increasing number of people who call themselves "wildl=
ife
watchers." A big part of tomorrow's conservation landscape, then, will
involve engaging those non-hunters in hel=
ping
to fund wildlife initiatives, Scott said.

How to do that, Cartwright said, "is the question=
of the
day," especially at a time when even his own grandkids are drawn more =
to
video games than to outdoor pursuits.
In Waterton, and
across Parks Canada, a new emphasis is emerging to reach out to urban populations, creating a constituency willing to
support conservation efforts that go=
well
beyond park boundaries.
"Wildlife need a
place to go," agreed Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer. If we'd known then
what we know now, back when we were building the West, he said, "we
would've changed everything."
Now, however, we're left with the work of
