I am emailing and faxing you this message in response to a request from the above email by Liberty Matters.

&nbs= p;The radical environmental lobby and many of their green politician friends say = that the ESA has been a huge success because only one percent of species have be= come extinct.

&nbs= p;This is an outrageous statistical lie. It is a dot on the chart blown out of perspective. This is a common trick used by m= any who intentionally try to deceive. You people who are legislating away= our property rights are basing your decisions on urban legends created by the g= reen 10 billion dollar environmental lobby and the even bigger government departments that sell their careers and souls into this myth. Academia including the UW is one of the worst offenders of perpetuating this green propaganda.

&nbs= p;According to the US Fish & Wildlife own liberal numbers of&nb= sp; 40 "Delisted Species" of so called "threatened and endangered species" on their current web site; 15 or 37.5% of the 40 were listed in error, 16 or 40% of the 40 were "recovered"= and 9 or 22.5% of the 40 became extinct. That's 60% of the 40 delis= ted in error and extinct. They report the following species "recovered": alligators, robbins, deer, doves, falcons, geese, kangaroo, owl, pelicans, whales. Do these sound endangered to you? What human can say we recove= red a species? It is like the weather man giving the weather forecast and the next day when he happens to be right, takes all the credit personal= ly. This is statistical data cherry picking.

The = green lobby and their government bed partners can't even count the total num= bers of any species within any reasonable high confidence bands. The year = to year variation of any species and the cause and= effect of this variation would be so unexplainable as to make any statistical analysis too unreliable. This data is typically affected by too many variables to predict with a high confidence level. This type of data could be so inter correlated and random it is insane to say you have "recovered&quo= t; any species. This is the same game the UN is playing by modeling weather. They produce billions of dollars of "forecasts" th= at give such unrealistic wide variations of temperature, the forecasts are useless. They are only statistical games.

&nbs= p;When you compare these delisted species to the USFWS web site of 1263 total U.S. species "endangered" through 12/31/02, they are statistically insignificant. The 15 species listed in error is 1.1%, the 16 so called "recovered" is 1.3% , the 9 so called "extinct: is .71% respectively of the total 1263 species on the so called endangered list. Not even God can control species to such a finite percentage. Check out the 600 million year history of extinction chart at end of my rant. You think that the United States government and the green lobby can control species population within plus or minus 1%? And that is using only 1263 species not to mention the 1.9 million other species of life on this planet. When you comp= are the USFWS "recovered" number of 16 over 1.9 million you get .001%. The 9 extinct become .0005%. That's one thousands o= f 1% and 5 ten thousands of 1% respectively of the estimated world species varieties. How absorb to think that anyone can control s= pecies life cycles within such finite variations. These deviations are statistical background white noise. This is a political and environmental green g= roup grope of all the property owners and free people in this world for land control and tax revenue.

The = next thing government will be trying to do is convincing you we are causing the weather to change and then spending billions trying to change it. Or equally preposterous, they will try to plan our population growth and call = it "Smart Growth" or Sustaining Development. What they are rea= lly doing here is trying to sustain there control o= ver private property owners by taking away as much of their constitutional righ= ts as they can for their radical agenda.

&nbs= p;To assume that you can save or recover a species is the height of arrogance and political and environmental manipulation. There are many powerful independent variables beyond man. There is no bragging rights to say you have saved 1% of the species when 99.9% of the species is already gone extinct naturally. Controlling species is like controlling the weather. Any idiot could see trying to control either would be cost prohibitive. &nbs= p;This is the same game played when the votes were counted in King County. After the third recount, Gregoire supposedly won by 133 votes with a margin of error of at least 10 times that number . King County ballots counted in the final tally was 899,199 or 3,539 more than the number of participating voters . Yet Greg= oire was declared the "winner". A decent person would have asked for a revote. Politicians and environmentalist and urban planne= rs do not take any advanced math in college. That is why they cannot cou= nt and that is why any number is good enough as long as it works for them.&nbs= p; Dr. Crittenden found that out. All soft science majors at the UW do n= ot get advanced math. Yet they pretend to lead us, as we all follow them blindly down The Green Mile.

&nbs= p;You would think King County was a county in Las Vegas, Nevada run by = the Mafia, where they make a living off cheating people. At lea= st people going to Vegas or Reno go willingly to enjoy being cheated. Us rural property owners do not enjoy being cheated of our land, our vote, our= constitution and many other special interest age= nda being shoved down our throats without our consent by the government and the= ir green buddies.

Cryi= ng 1% of the species have been saved is a hollow cry especially when the government spends billions of hard earned tax payer money combined with the radical green environmental lobby's additional 10 billion&nbs= p; $ over 30 years culminating in shutting down entire industries. Th= is shut down of America for the green dream is costing us billions of dol= lars of resources, jobs, plants, lives, marriages and generations of business around the country. The radical green environmental age= nda is not successful when is steals property rights from good people arou= nd the country who are struggling to keep their lives and families together.

&nbs= p;Any government politician that brags on a 1% success rate is either bought off or dumb as a rock that they a= re willing to further their own career at the expense of millions of innocent people . There is no way you can look at any environmental relat= ed program or data to justify the damage it has done to people when comp= ared to the insignificant and corrupted gain.

&nbs= p;The height of environmental arrogance is seen in the gaping holes in the basic assumptions. According to the US Fish and Wildlife Service 21% of all species listed are already declining, a couple dozen are already extinct relatively recently not too m= ention the following. 99.9 % of all species have already become extinct through natural causes. It is called survival of the fittest, evoluti= on, genetic mutation. Without extinction we would not be here. Check out t= his site.

I ca= n see it now, The Cro -Magnon Conservancy would be crying for more contiguous tracts of Homo Sapi= ens land to continue other near extinct species. They and their Neanderthal politicians would enact oppressive legislation taking away land from the Homo Sapiens line with brains and give it to the green Cro-Ma= gnon tribe with only a half brain.

&nbs= p;You always want to pay attention to what is not said or shown. When you start to see the missing data, you will connect ALL THE DOTS and s= ee the total perspective. Then you have enough data to make your ow= n judgement. It would be nice if all political co= uld get out of their political green rut and connect the dots on their own.&nbs= p; It is very easy to do. Its called thinking for yourself outside your green box.

&nbs= p;This radical pandering lop sided green group think has destroyed much of my home state in Montana and the families of some of my friends and created a monster that devours our constitution, property rights, livelihoods, rural country sides, entire industries that are the life blood of this country. This green group think has shut down our most renewable resources such as timber, coal, oil, additional refineries, mining, ecetera.&nbs= p; It is costing this nation billions in the damage of increased fuel prices.&n= bsp; But the idiots will blame the oil companies for making profits and demand m= ore regulation to strangle our freedoms and liberties and constitution so = they can have their fancy green socialistic world in the land of make believe.&n= bsp; They cry wolf while they strangle all fossil fuel production and point= to alternative energy which has relative insignificant power capability a= nd is far more expensive plus has to be subsidized by the government.

&nbs= p; We citizens can take much of the blame too. Many have bou= ght into these false myths. There is no credibility in green zealots and = the government that allows itself to drift so far fr= om the constitution which is the only stake in the ground for radical groups and radical government. Not even God can hold government corruption accountable, He is not allowed in public anymore. The constituti= on is not a relative stake in the ground nor is it a living breathing document. It is our national standard. That's why the founding Fathers drafted this divine charter of checks and balances. Standards= do not change.

&nbs= p;Governments that sleep around like whores with radical green environmental groups = and make grand green policies based on environmental and social fads and j= unk science behind closed doors destroying the life of rural and country f= olks and entire national industries, are criminals. All this environmentalism is highly controversial to say t= he best about it. The more realistic view is it is a= complete hoax and should never ever have been used to legislate this environmental tyranny. Read "Politics of Change" by Dr. Crittenden. Any left brained scien= tist NOT ON GOVERNMENT DOLE or any property owner can see this self adulating environmental and social fraud.

&nbs= p;Environmentalism and government central planning work hand in hand. They are both equa= lly corrupt and extremely dangerous. Government conspires to enhance their tax revenue at our expense. The environmental lobby wants to control our land. They and their sympathetic government types concoct hollow programs to herd people into u= rban areas. There it becomes easier to control them by using eminent domain to take their homes away. They give hi= gh sounding names to cover up their hidden intent, e= .g. Sustaining Development, Smart Growth, Growth Management Act, Critical Area Ordinances, Endangered Species Act, Environmental Protection Act, Agricultu= ral Preservation Act, Open Space, ecetera.

&nbs= p;Repealing the Endangered Species Act is long over due and should never have been enacted.

Ther= e is no honest scientific consensus on global species c= ontrol outside of government and green radical environmental stakeholders. It is all a federal green paradigm. This is green prohibition. Trying to legislate how people are going to use th= eir own land is like trying to tell people they cannot drink. It is all p= etty obsessive social engineering at its worst.
