INTRODUCTION:

During = my twelve=20 years service as a Judge, I always insisted on the truth and = placed=20 justice above law and order! I=20 could have prepared this article indicia of a research paper = however;=20 people tend to lose interest when articles of this nature = become=20 too technical. Science has taught us that, =93For every action = there is a=20 positive reaction!=94 If your life on earth resembles a Matrix, it = is=20 because you=92re seeing things for the first time, with eyes wide = open, but=20 you feel confused! That feeling of confusion is appropriate = because the=20 information you are now digesting, contradicts much of the = information you=20 have been spoon fed throughout your life! I named this paper after = the=20 movie =93The Matrix,=94 written by the Wachowsi brothers. After = reading this,=20 watch the movie and you will notice many similarities.=20

In = 2002, my=20 brother ran into a problem with the IRS and to help him out, I = began to=20 research the Tax Code. One thing led to another and suddenly I was = uncovering information about our government, which was directly in = conflict with the = U.=20 S. Constitution and what I have been led = to believe=20 throughout my life. In time I began to interface with people from = every=20 state in the Republic, who was doing the same thing I was doing; = some for=20 the same reason and others for different reasons. We began to = trade our=20 research and the facts I uncovered was totally in contradiction to = the=20 history of America, which had been taught to us in public school = and the=20 principals of law, I had absorbed during my service as a=20 Judge. I began to assist people to prepare and = file=20 suits in the courts and I filed several of my own. At one point, = because=20 of the information I=92m about to provide to you; I became = extremely=20 depressed. After about three months, I eventually shook it off and = continued on with my research.

My = hope in writing=20 this is to help you, the reader, make sense of it all, which will = require=20 you to wash your mind clean of the brainwashing you were subjected = to by=20 our government, our government controlled public schools and = church=92s and=20 re-educate yourself. When you understand the actions, the = reactions will=20 make sense, and it should anger you! Eventually, you will have a = choice to=20 make; a choice that will define: =93How to survive life in, The = Matrix?=94 In=20 =91The Matrix=92 nothing is real however, your mind has been = conditioned to=20 believe it is real! The Matrix is far too big to defeat; no one = can escape=20 it, and we haven=92t the means or intelligence to beat those in = control!=20 Through my research, I discovered that=20 America is a society of functional illiterates! = I remind=20 you that this is not my opinion, I=92m just the=20 messenger!

The = people in=20 charge of the Matrix represent the most powerful and intelligent = humans on=20 earth. When gifted children appear in the public schools of the = world,=20 they are courted with scholarships, money and eventually = memberships into=20 secret societies! They will be introduced to very persuasive=20 intellectuals, who will convince these young gifted people, that = it is=20 their place and duty to be a part of the elite who rule the worlds = population, because the rest of the worlds population are too = stupid to=20 make decisions for themselves (their comment - not mine)! When the = =93New=20 World = Order=94 is=20 officially and openly in control, only the extremely intelligent = will be=20 allowed to propagate. Everyone else will be sterilized or murdered = through=20 staged pandemics, used to eliminate excessive populations! Every = Foreign=20 Revolution, the World Wars, the Depression, Prohibition, Korea, = Vietnam,=20 the Middle East conflict and the Influenza Epidemic during World = War I;=20 was planned and orchestrated by these = people!=20

Many = early writers=20 researched much of this history and were forced to fund their own=20 publication and the distribution of their work. Most never = received the=20 acclaim they deserved, and never knew our government was = responsible for=20 their failures! I am prepared to supply anyone interested with = mounds of=20 research in support of what I have written=20 herein!

When = I=92ve conveyed=20 parts of this information in court documents, the opposition=92s = lawyer,=20 responds to their clients that, =93I=92m just crazy,=94 and if the = judge is=20 within ear-shot of that comment, he will nod his head in judicial=20 agreement! Well, I guess that caps it! If a lawyer and a lawyer = judge,=20 both contend that I am crazy, then I must be crazy! They = wouldn=92t lie to=20 you! .......... or would they?

THE=20 motive of our Founding Fathers was totally self-centered. It was = their=20 personal greed that inspired them to accept the task of writing = the=20 Constitution of the United=20 States and not patriotism! In actuality, the=20 United=20 States is not a land or a place: =91It is a = corporation, a=20 legal fiction that existed well before the Revolutionary War.=92 = [See:=20 Republica v. Sween, 1 Dallas 43 and 28 U. S. C. 3002 (15)].=20

The = Constitution of=20 the United=20 States was written in secret by the Founding = Fathers and=20 was never presented to the Colonists for a vote. Surely, any = document as=20 important as this demanded the approval of the people it governed! = Well,=20 it wasn=92t presented for a vote because the = Constitution wasn't=20 created for "We the People," it was created by and for the = Founding=20 Fathers, their family, heirs and their posterity! The Constitution = is a=20 business plan and any reference contained within it that appears = to be the=20 safeguard of a =91Right=92 is there because none of the Founding = Fathers=20 trusted each other. The safeguards were intended to prevent any = one or=20 group of them from cutting out the others! Proving that; = =93There=92s no honor=20 among thieves!=94

Americans = are not=20 unlike all other humans who inhabit the earth. All human beings = possess=20 malleable minds, which are minds that can be shaped and = controlled; and=20 when government shapes and controls a mind, it=92s called = =93brainwashing.=94=20 Brainwashing causes the subject to become =91functionally = illiterate.=92 In=20 America, our functional ignorance excels in the = areas of=20 history, government and law, which really are one in the same.=20 Ninety-eight percent of the officials in public office are lawyers = and=20 these so-called representatives set policy and created the laws = that=20 govern this society. Their use of Greek and Latin terms in law and = the=20 habit of changing definitions and usage of common words is = intentional.=20 The intent is to confound and confuse the general public; and to = hide the=20 treason they are implementing; and so that members of the public = are=20 forced or decide to hire a lawyer out of frustration, rather than = try to=20 represent themselves in our, =91fictional courts of law.=92 As you = read on=20 I=92ll explain to you why and how, our courts and laws are=20 fictional!

There has = never been=20 a law on the books created by the Congress, which made it illegal = for a=20 common man to practice law. Every Judge of a District, Circuit or=20 Appeal=20 Court,=20 except Justices and Magistrates, is a lawyer and a member of the = Bar.=20 These Judges have the authority to establish local rules of court = and=20 those mentioned, have created a local rule that prevents common = people=20 from representing any other person in their court or =91to = practice law=20 without a license!=92 A license requires that you produce your Bar = Association number. For those who don=92t know, the Bar = Association is=20 simply a =91Lawyers Union,=92 and when lawyers are accepted into = the Bar, they=20 are required to swear allegiance to a foreign power! The American = Bar=20 Association is a branch of a national organization titled; =93The = National=20 Lawyers Guild Communist Party=94 and can be found recorded in the = United=20 States Code at: [28 U. = S. C. 3002, section 15a]. They have become = so big=20 and entrenched that they no longer fear = reprisal!=20

Whenever = I tell=20 people that there is no actual law that makes it a crime to = represent=20 another person in court, their reaction is, =93liar!=94 I remind = them that=20 Abraham Lincoln and Clarence Darrow never went to law school or = passed the=20 Bar, but their reaction is understandable because the Bar is a = very=20 powerful organization and its members have infiltrated every nitch = of=20 American life and business. How many times in your life have you = heard,=20 =93You can=92t practice law without a license?=94 I=92ve heard it = said in numerous=20 movies spanning one hundred years; in my mother=92s soaps and by = comedians=20 in jokes and in theatrical skits. I=92ve seen the phrase in print = in=20 newspaper articles, magazines and heard it on the radio! Before I = learned=20 the truth about this fact, even my personal lawyer made that = comment to=20 me! We all have been brainwashed to believe a lie and because = we=92ve heard=20 it so often from people we trust, and who are supposed to have our = best=20 interest at heart; we all just assume it must be true! How many = other lies=20 have you assumed, =93it must be true?=94 =

Our=20 America society has been lied to by their = government and=20 lawyers more times than you will sign your name in your lifetime, = and we=20 have been indoctrinated =93brainwashed=94 to believe that the = Constitution was=20 created for =93We the People.=94 The purpose behind these lies is = to make you=20 believe that you are free, safe, protected and secure, and it is = all an=20 hallucination! How many of you have studied each line of the = Constitution;=20 the Statutes at Large and the Articles of Confederation, armed = with a=20 reputable dictionary or a law dictionary from that era?=20

If you = take the time=20 to do this, you will soon discover that the true purpose of the=20 Constitution was to create a business plan and to establish a = Military=20 Government, for the protection of the Founding Fathers, the Kings=20 commerce, protection of his Agents and the future control of his = subject=20 Slaves! Even the preamble of the U. S. Constitution is a clue to = the lie=20 and which states, =93...to ourselves and our posterity!=94 = If you=20 never saw the title, =93The Constitution,=94 and you = were never=20 told what this document was about; what do you think would be your = first=20 impression upon hearing or reading: =93...to ourselves and our=20 posterity!=94 The CONSTITUTION is not for =93We the People=94 = and=20 AMERICA is a Matrix of misinformation. In the = eyes of=20 those in control; America is nothing more than a large=20 Plantation and =93We the People=94 are the Slaves. = In many=20 U.=20 S.=20 and World Treaties, the term =93high contracting powers=94 = is used to=20 define your Masters! Everyone else is considered by them to = be=20 their Slaves!

All of = the Founding=20 Fathers had two things in common. They all shared the gift of a = good=20 education or were gifted individuals, and they all came from = families of=20 business and or substance. These men all suffered from, =93visions = of=20 grandeur!=94 They viewed = America as their one opportunity to make them = powerful=20 and wealthy =93..........to ourselves and our posterity!=94 = Initially,=20 their plan was to steal = America away from the King; despite the fact = that King=20 George funded the exploration of the New World, which legally gave him first claim to = all new=20 continents discovered.

The = seizure of the=20 Americas by the Kings explorers was not as it = has been=20 depicted in our history books, presented to us by our government, = in our=20 government controlled public schools. Native Americans (the = Indians) were=20 murdered, their villages burned, many were enslaved, infected by = diseases=20 brought from England and their lands taken by force and the = threat of=20 force, by these early explorers! The Indians were labeled savages = by these=20 immigrant explorers from = England, but the true savages were our English=20 ancestors!

One thing = the=20 Founding Fathers did not know, was that all of the Kings lands and = all=20 future acquisitions such as the AMERICAS, had been given and = pledged by=20 King John to Pope Innocent III and the Holy Roman Church, by the = Treaty of=20 1213. After that fact was proven to the Founding Fathers; King = George and=20 representatives from the = Vatican; decided to use the Constitutional = draft created=20 by the Founding Fathers, to further their plan to control the = Colonists!=20 Control attained by bringing the Colonists to their knees in debt! = Any way=20 you read it, the Constitution was never written with the intent of = benefitting the American people!

Did you = know that 98%=20 of the Law Schools in America and = England do not include Constitutional Law as a = part of=20 their law curriculum? The reason for this phenomenon is because=20 Constitutional Law does not apply to or affect the enforcement of=20 statutes, codes or administrative regulations, which have replaced = constitutional law, the common law, public law and penal law and = which=20 have been designed to control you; [e.g.] Constitutional Law is = taught as=20 an elective at Harvard, Yale and Cambridge, and only for students = of law=20 who are planning a future career in government. This should make = sense to=20 you as you read on.

In the = true History=20 of America, neither side WON the Revolutionary = War! At=20 first, the appearance of English troops in the Colonies; was = simply a show=20 of force by King George, intended to intimidate the Colonists and = force=20 them to pay him taxes. Factually, back in=20 England; English soldiers refused to take up = arms against=20 the Colonists because they were English citizens and relatives.=20

Mr. Mayer = Amschel=20 Bauer, founder of the Rothschild Banking Empire; by this time, = owned the=20 King! Mr. Bauer had extended unlimited credit to the King and = arranged=20 contracts with him, which permitted the Rothschild Tax Collectors = to=20 represent and collect the Kings Tax from the Kings subjects. [This = is the=20 origin of the concept behind the establishment of the IRS]. It was = Bauer=20 who suggested to King George that he enforce a Tax against the = Colonists=20 in the New=20 World, since = the tax=20 being collected in England was barely enough to pay the interest = on the=20 Kings loans. When English soldiers refused to fight; Mr. Bauer = negotiated=20 a contract with unemployed Russian/Germanic soldiers, to fight for = King=20 George, at a cost of 50=A2 a day. Bauer then informed King George = that he=20 had hired these soldiers in the Kings name but at a cost of $1.00 = a=20 day!

King = George utilized=20 these soldiers; dressed them in English soldier uniforms and = ordered his=20 career Officers to command them. When his show of force in = the=20 Colony=92s failed; Mr. Bauer suggested that King George finance = the=20 Colonists in their War efforts against him, and bring the = Colonists to=20 their knees in debt! The King succeeded in accomplishing this = through his=20 appointed civilian figurehead=92s in charge of his government of=20 France. Mr. Bauer wanted to expand his Banking = Empire=20 into the Colonies. He discovered that the Colonist didn=92t trade = in gold or=20 silver but used script as the basis of their economy! The script = money=20 used, were promissory notes printed by the Colonists. All the = Colonists=20 agreed that they would consider these notes, the lawful currency = of the=20 colonies. Mr. Bauer wanted gold or silver and induced the King to = demand=20 that his Tax in the Colonies be paid in gold or silver! It was = that=20 condition, =93that broke the camels back=94 and caused the = =93Boston Tea Party!=94=20 =93Whoever controls the money - controls the = country!=94=20 [Rothschild]

Surreptitiously, King=20 George infiltrated the Colonies and their feudal attempt to form a = new=20 government, using spy=92s=92 composed of English lawyers and = English=20 aristocrats, loyal to him. The spy=92s assignment was to = infiltrate the new=20 government; carry out the plan to defeat the Colonists = through debt=20 and establish regular reports to the King! The Church also had = their=20 appointed representative in place to protect and insure that their = interest is being observed. Much of the loans received from the = French,=20 went into the pockets of the Founding = Fathers!=20

The = Founding Fathers=20 eventually conceded to King George and the Holy Roman Church=92s = demands, by=20 and through the intervention and persuasiveness of the Kings = spy=92s.=20 Ironically, the common denominator or glue that eventually bound = King=20 George, the Founding Fathers, the English lawyers and English = aristocrats=20 together was a secret society called the =93Illuminati.=94 Even = Paul Revere=20 and Benjamin Franklin, were members of the Illuminati! This secret = society=20 had a criminal and deadly past in Europe and in=20 America they were eventually renamed, =93The = Free and=20 Accepted Masons.=94 The majority of the regular membership of the = Free and=20 Accepted Masons; do not know about the =93Illuminati influence=94 = within their=20 rank and file! The Illuminati members operate out of special = secret=20 societies separate from the regular Masonic membership and are = found in=20 every branch of the Free and Accepted Masons of the = World! =20

Think = about the=20 Colonists who we have been taught to revere by our public school = system!=20 All of these individuals were members of this secret society and = all were=20 Traitors. Our history books also instruct us to apotheosize the = Founding=20 Fathers, but don't hold them in reverence, hold them in contempt!=20 By and through their=20 intervention, =93Slaves you are and Slaves you will ever = be!"=20 An example of = a man in=20 history we have been taught to revere is Benjamin Franklin. Would = it shock=20 you to learn that he was on the Kings payroll and his many trips = to=20 = England<= SPAN=20 style=3D"FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-WEIGHT: normal">, was actually to = report on=20 the colonial government to King = George?=20

The = Declaration of=20 Independence is another story omitted from our American history = books. Of=20 the fifty-one men involved in the creation of the Declaration of=20 Independence, twenty-one were actually (traitors) and on the Kings = payroll. During the Revolutionary War; English Officers were = provided the=20 names, addresses and family members of these thirty (loyalists) = involved=20 in the creation and signing of the Declaration of Independence. = The=20 English soldiers had been ordered to hunt down and murder all = thirty=20 (loyalists), their wives, children and all relatives, with further = instructions to burn their bodies inside their homes. The soldiers = were to=20 leave no trace of these men and their families; to wipe out their=20 existence for an eternity! The history of civilizations has taught = us all=20 that martyrs are dangerous to men of power and King George = didn=92t want to=20 leave any martyrs! It is pretty obvious who provided the detailed=20 information about the thirty (loyalists), their family and=20 addresses!

At first = glance, it=20 appeared that Guy Madison of Virginia; was so concerned about lawyers holding = any=20 position in American government, that he championed the 13th = Amendment,=20 which barred lawyers from holding any public office in government! = The=20 13th Amendment was ratified, but never made it into print in our=20 government controlled school books and public classrooms. The = Amendment=20 was surreptitiously removed and replaced by the 14th Amendment. = The 15th=20 Amendment became the 14th and so on. = Madison=92s efforts appear admirable but his = later actions,=20 as a member of the 1st Congress; suggests that his only real = concern was=20 to block lawyers from undermining the theft that he and his = compatriots=92=20 had planned for America! =20

Once the = cost of the=20 Revolutionary War sufficiently placed the Colonists in debt; the = English=20 soldiers were ordered to dispense with their efforts, recover = their arms=20 and within the next eight years they eventually returned to=20 England. The Colonists were so glad to see the = fighting=20 stop; that they allowed the soldiers to retreat and exit=20 America peacefully. There is an old legal Maxim = that=20 states: =93The first to leave the field of battle - loses.=94 = Pursuant=20 to this Maxim, the Founding Fathers proclaimed the = Colonists the=20 victors! A Maxim is a legal truth that is time honored and = incorruptible.=20

In = reality, the War=20 was just a diversion! The Colonists had no chance of succeeding in = their=20 efforts. Examine the facts for yourself! During this era;=20 England had the largest Army and Navy in the = World. King=20 George owned England, = Ireland and = France, having a combined population of about = 60 million=20 subjects. The Colonists were poorly educated, poorly armed and = composed of=20 farmers, tradesmen, bonded slaves, women and children and boasted = a total=20 population of only 3 million subjects. And considering the = undermining=20 that was occurring to their nation by the Kings spy=92s and the = Founding=20 Fathers; the Colonists didn=92t have a prayer of defeating the = English!=20

Americans = have been=20 indoctrinated by our federal and state governments and through = government=20 controlled public schools and literature; government controlled = media and=20 government controlled churches [YES, EVEN THE CHURCHES]; to = believe that=20 America defeated the English! We celebrate that = victory=20 and our so-called Independence each year on the 4th of July, and it is = all a=20 bunch of propaganda; a carrot to lead the horse and keep this = society=20 stupid and passive! We boast today that our country represents the = finest=20 schools in the world, but in reality, we=92re no smarter than the = first=20 Colonists! We only know more about other things because of new = technology=20 developments during the last 250 years and yet the average IQ of = America=20 is 70.

Documented proof that=20 the Constitution was not for us can be found at: Padelford, Fay = &=20 Co. v. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of=20 Savannah, [14 Georgia 438, 520]. This was a Court case wherein the = Plaintiffs sued=20 the City of Savannah, for violating what they believed were = their=20 constitutionally protected rights! The decision of the Judge says = it all:=20 "But indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by = suit in=20 Court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution, the = Constitution, it=20 is true, is a compact but he [the private person] is not a party = to it!"=20 [Emphasis added]

The = United States=20 Constitution was converted into a (Trust)=20 and=20 the legal = definition of=20 a Trust=20 is: =93A legal obligation with respect to property given by = one=20 person (donor), to another (trustee), to the advantage of a = beneficiary=20 (Americans).=94 The property in this Trust includes all = land, your=20 personal possessions that you believe you own and your physical = body. The=20 donor of the Trust is the King of England and the Holy Roman = Church. The=20 Trustee=92s are all federal and state public officials, which = means that=20 they truly are Agents of a foreign power; the King and the=20 Vatican.

The = reason the=20 Constitution was converted into a Trust is because, as a = non-trust=20 business plan; The Constitution completely bound the hands = of our=20 government officials! By their converting it into a Trust, our = public=20 officials; were then free to make any changes they desired to this = government, without their constituents knowledge! The rules of a = Trust are=20 secret and no trustee can be compelled to divulge those rules, and = the=20 rules can be changed by the trustees without notice to the = beneficiary!=20

The one = pitfall=20 confronting them and their plan was the fact that by converting = the=20 Constitution into a Trust, our public officials had to legally = assign a=20 beneficiary; and the beneficiary chosen could not offend or be in = contrast=20 to the numerous International Treaties that were in force. Our = public=20 officials wanted to stay in control of the Trust as the = trustees;=20 however a trustee cannot also be a beneficiary! So even = though the=20 Constitution was never designed or written for the Sovereign = American=20 people; they unknowingly became the beneficiary of this secret = Trust and=20 hence, the creation of the =93propaganda=94 regarding our = Constitutional=20 Rights!

All high = ranking=20 public officials, lawyers and judges; laugh at the ignorance of = people who=20 claim that their Constitutional Rights have been violated! Lawyers = are=20 actually taught to treat the members of the general public as = inferior=20 individuals! This also explains the =91air of arrogance=92 that = most lawyers=20 convey in their demeanor and speech!

The more = powerful=20 Agents of the states and the federal government however, have been = stealing the benefits from the Trust through numerous maneuvers = that have=20 the appearance of being lawful. In their defense; many former = public=20 officials (Agents) were not corrupt to begin with but, by = accepting bribes=20 or as the result of enjoying an arranged extramarital = relationship; they=20 became the victim of an extortion plot and succumbed to the threat = to=20 expose the bribe or their elicit affair, to their constituents! By = becoming an (Agent), all was forgiven and forgotten! The people, = who=20 arranged the bribes, also arranged the situations, and applied the = pressure to force honest men to become dishonest! [An example of = this=20 could be a sudden demand by a Bank to pay off a loan, based upon a = hidden=20 clause in the loan contract and which could result in a = foreclosure,=20 bankruptcy and scandal]!

There are = no=20 remaining public federal employees in=20 America! All employees who you believe to be a = part of=20 America=92s government, are actually agents of = a foreign=20 government and this definition includes the [President]. The = federal=20 elections are a joke on us! All of the candidates have been = (jointly=20 preselected and prescreened) by the National Boards of the = Republican and=20 Democratic Parties, well before the Election process. All of our = federally=20 elected officials, appointed administrators, federal police and = Judges;=20 receive their paychecks through the Office of Personnel = Management. OPM is=20 a division of the International Monetary Fund, which is owned by = the=20 Rockefeller and Rothschild families and their Banking Empires, = which=20 operates in tandem with the United Nations. The IRS and Interpol; = are=20 owned by the International Monetary Fund, which has been = identified in an=20 earlier version of the U. S. Army Manual, as a Communist = Organization!=20

Those = Americans, who=20 do not know how to assert their beneficiary status; are treated by = the=20 government and their courts, as a corporate fiction! The = corporate=20 governments and their courts, only have jurisdiction over = corporations.=20 Corporations have no rights or jurisdiction over living people and = are=20 only provided considerations, which have been = pre-negotiated in=20 contracts by their directors. Otherwise, they=92re governed = totally by=20 commercial law, and so are you!

At this = point, I=20 believe I should address a =93corporate fiction=94 for you = by creating=20 a situation you can relate to.

SITUATION: [You=92ve decided to go into business = for yourself=20 and you thought up a clever name for your business. Everything = you=92ve read=20 and the advice received from a lawyer or friend; suggests that you = should=20 incorporate your business! To incorporate is to create a business = on=20 paper. It isn=92t real; it is a business in theory, which makes it = a=20 fiction! The lawyer or accountant you hired to prepare your = corporation;=20 records your business with the state as a state corporation and = identifies=20 you as president of the board of directors, not the owner. Your = business=20 is now =93a corporate fiction=94 and by recording the = business as a=20 state corporation; you no longer own it, the state owns it! You = just gave=20 your business away and made yourself an employee]!=20

Our = presumed=20 government representatives have done the same thing to each of us. = They=20 changed each of us from =93a sovereign=94 into =93a corporate = fiction.=94 Your=20 corporate name is easily identifiable, in that it is expressed in = all=20 capital letters on all your documents and all communications = received from=20 every government agency!

The = reason for=20 converting every Sovereign American into a corporate fiction dates = back to=20 the Principal of Law under the King! The King is a Sovereign = Monarch and=20 dictator, who by his authority, creates the laws that govern his = subjects.=20 He is the Source of Law and therefore the law cannot be enforced = against=20 him! In America, the Source of Law is the Sovereign = People and=20 therefore no laws can be enforced against the Source, except for = those=20 specifically agreed to or defined by the original Constitution. = Those laws=20 are defined as Theft, Assault and Criminal Mischief; but since the = Colonists never voted on the Constitution, none of these offenses = are=20 enforceable against a living Sovereign! They are enforceable = however=20 against a corporation or corporate fiction! =

In theory = and=20 according to the common law; before any Sovereign can be arrested = for one=20 of these crimes; a complaint must be filed with the elected = Sheriff. The=20 Sheriff, by his own authority, assembles (a common law jury) of = the=20 accused Sovereigns immediate neighbors, called a Grand Jury. The = neighbors=20 hear the complaint and evidence presented to them by the = complainant. They=20 are permitted to ask questions of any witness and can subpoena = anyone else=20 who can shed light on the allegations. A majority must then decide = if the=20 accused Sovereign is to be tried by a court. All of this is done = without=20 [a judge or prosecutor in attendance]! This is a real Grand Jury=20 proceeding, which is far removed from the joke perpetrated by our=20 corporate government and courts today! =

What = happened to our=20 Grand Jury rights of old? The Bar Association has successfully = stolen that=20 right away from the Sovereign people, little by little, through = rewrites=20 of the Judiciary Act, so that now the American public believes = that the=20 Grand Jury is an instrument subject to the jurisdiction, right and = whim of=20 the prosecuting attorney! The prosecuting attorney controls the = entire=20 proceeding and who testifies. The judge then tells the jury what = the law=20 is and the members of the panel are always denied the opportunity = to view=20 the written law!

All of = our=20 governments are corporations and are responsible for the creation = of about=20 800 thousand laws called statutes, which are designed to control = the=20 Sovereign people of America. Just like the King; these statutes = cannot be=20 enforced against the Source of Law, which are the living, = breathing, flesh=20 and blood Sovereign people. = =20

All of = the Agents in=20 power beginning with the King, the=20 Vatican, the Founding Fathers and now our = presumed public=20 officials, wanted to obtain power and control over=20 America and the Constitution pretty much = prohibited them=20 from achieving those ends! So they began to devise ways to change = the=20 Sovereign Americans into [a corporate fiction]. These Agents also = decided=20 and reasoned that they cannot educate the masses, without exposing = their=20 treachery, and so our private and public education must be = controlled!=20

Without = any real=20 Constitutional basis, the U. S. Department of Education was = created. The=20 Constitution made it the responsibility of each state to educate = their=20 people and several states challenged the Congress in the courts. = The=20 matter was eventually heard by the U. S. Supreme Court, which has = never=20 been a Constitutional Article III=20 Court from=20 its inception, which I will explain. The Supreme Court ruled that = the=20 federal government was entitled to oversee the educational = requirements of=20 =93United=20 States Citizens=94 by virtue of their = Constitutional=20 powers to regulate Commerce! Bad law is bad law, no matter how you = turn=20 the paper and that ruling gave the federal government the green = light to=20 initiate its =93brainwashing=94 process of the American public.=20

Let=20 me explain how the Court arrived at its ruling because these are = not=20 ignorant men! On every form you file to receive =93government = benefits=94 and=20 even the =93voter registration form,=94 there is a question that = asks: Are=20 you a United States Citizen? YES / NO and everyone circles the = YES answer. Didn=92t you? Now look up the definition of a = =93United=20 States Citizen,=94 in a reputable law dictionary. You will = discover that a=20 United States Citizen is a phrase designed to identify a = =93corporate=20 fiction!=94 Clever, isn=92t it? You and every other American had = no idea that=20 you were admitting you were a corporate fiction when you circled = that=20 YES answer, and you did it under penalty of = perjury!

The=20 sovereign states had been abolished in 1790 by the adoption of = Article=20 1 of the Statutes at Large, which converted all the sovereign = states=20 into federal districts and gave the federal government lawful = jurisdiction=20 everywhere. In consideration of the fact that the federal = government is a=20 corporation and that corporations can lawfully own other = corporations; and=20 all the American subjects to be educated have admitted under = penalty of=20 perjury that they are corporations; the Supreme Court ruled in = favor of=20 the corporate federal government. [See how sneaky and tricky = lawyers can=20 be? And all the more reason why lawyers should never be allowed to = serve=20 in government or in judgment of us]!

Under our = corporate=20 governments, no Sovereign can lawfully be tried or convicted of = any=20 statutory crime! I recently discovered how to avoid prosecution = under the=20 Trust, when a Sovereign is taken before a corporate prosecuting = Attorney=20 or a Judge:

First:=20 =93the Sovereign must inquire if we are on the record, and if = not, insist=20 upon it! Say nothing, sign nothing and answer no questions until = you are=20 convinced that the proceedings are being recorded!=94=20

Secondly:=20 all a Sovereign has to say for the record is: =93I am a = beneficiary of=20 the Trust, and I am appointing you as my Trustee!=94=20

Thirdly:=20 the Sovereign then directs his Trustee to do his bidding! =93As = my=20 Trustee, I want you to discharge this matter I am accused of and = eliminate=20 the record!=94

Fourthly:=20 if the Sovereign suffered any damages as a result of his arrest, = he can=20 direct that the Trust compensate him from the proceeds of the = Court by=20 saying; =93I wish to be compensated for [X] dollars, in=20 redemption.=94=20

This = statement is=20 sufficient to remove the authority and jurisdiction from any = prosecuting=20 attorney or judge. The accused will be immediately released from = custody,=20 with a check, license or claim he identifies as a damage. It = doesn=92t=20 matter what the action involves or how it is classified by the = corporate=20 law as a civil or criminal action! It works every=20 time!

All of = the Codes,=20 Statutes and Regulations throughout the=20 United=20 States are a Will from = the=20 Masters to their Slaves. A Will is defined = as,=20 =93An express command used in a dispositive nature.=94 When = individuals=20 in America are charged with a crime and warehoused = in a=20 jail; it is because they went against the Will of the = Masters, and=20 not because they harmed another person! Remember that: The = Will demands from us, all that we are; keeps us in=20 check and promises us nothing!=20

The = police officer,=20 who arrested you, has been =93brainwashed=94 into believing that = he is doing=20 the right thing, when in fact he is nothing more than an =93armed = slave=20 acting as a henchman=94 and hired to bully and intimidate all = other Slaves=20 into submission of the Masters Will! This statement will = probably=20 offend most police officers but this is fact and it is not their = fault!=20 Most police officers believe they are performing a public service = and=20 doing the right thing in the performance of duty. They have been = lied to=20 by the government and in most cases police officers are pumped = full of=20 lies more so than anybody else!

Recently, = the Police=20 have all been ordered to complete (paramilitary training) and were = told=20 that this is essential because of the new threat of Terrorism! The = people=20 responsible for this training and brainwashing are the same people = and=20 foreign Agents who have been controlling all of us since our = birth!=20 NOTE: I=92ll bet that nobody told these police officers = that these=20 suspected Terrorists may come at them from their very own = government=20 officials!

So now = our government=20 officials have our police officers training to act as a military = unit.=20 [e.g.] Follow our orders and don=92t think! They have succeeded in = placing=20 these officers on edge, so that their every reaction; will be an=20 over-reaction to the situation, just like Hitler=92s Gestapo! Near = the end=20 of this paper, I will disclose to the reader about a situation = that has=20 been planned by our government officials and is soon to unfold! = The police=20 paramilitary training and their extensive brainwashing has been=20 implemented specifically for this event! =

It is = expected that=20 police officers will over-react and begin killing innocent = Americans, and=20 once they are no longer of use, the officers and their families = will all=20 be ordered to receive vaccinations that will kill all of them! My = guess is=20 that after this planned mass genocide has occurred, the Russian = and=20 Chinese military will replace them in the field.=20

Part of = the Fraud=20 perpetrated against =93We the People=94 by this Will, is = the fact that=20 there are actually no criminal laws in=20 America. The Rules of Procedure used by every = Local,=20 State and Federal Court are Civil Rules, not Criminal! Court = officials=20 simply substitute the word criminal for civil, depending upon the = case at=20 hand. Rule 1 of the Rules of Civil Procedure Reads: = =93There shall=20 be but one form of action, a civil action.=94 This means that = the=20 Criminal laws promulgated and enforced by the police and our = corporate=20 governments are all civil and are being fraudulently enforced = against our=20 =93corporate fictions=94 as criminal. When anyone = goes to jail,=20 it is for a civil infraction of the Masters Will. That = makes all of=20 our jails, debtors prisons! =93Does that Ring a Constitutional=20 Bell?=94

Title = 18, Federal=20 Crimes and Offenses: = was never=20 voted on by the Congress, which means that these federal laws are=20 NOT positive law in=20 America! Now, if you were a part of a = government=20 conspiracy to destroy America and soon to commit a mass genocide of = its=20 population; would you really want to vote Title 18 into = positive=20 law? My belief is that the Congress intentionally omitted its = passage, so=20 that members of Congress could use that as a defense, should they = be=20 caught and tried for Treason!

Do you believe the lawyers hired or = appointed to=20 represent all the individuals accused of federal crimes, knew = about this=20 fact?

You bet they know! =

Armed=20 with this fact: Now look at the number of convicted people sitting = in=20 federal prisons, who believe they have been lawfully convicted of=20 violating a federal crime! How many do you imagine have been put = to death?=20 How many were shot and killed during the arrest? How many were = killed=20 attempting to escape from their illegal confinement?

The = Internal Revenue=20 Code relies upon Title 18 to convict people of Tax Evasion, = which=20 (only applies to corporations). Look at all the people sitting in = federal=20 prisons who were convicted of this so-called crime? What makes it = worse is=20 the fact that the Queen of England, entered into a Treaty with the = federal=20 government for the taxing of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes = sold in=20 America. The Treaty is called The Stamp = Act and in=20 this Act, the Queen ordained that her subjects, the American = people, are=20 exonerated of all other federal taxes! So the = federal=20 income tax and the state incomes taxes levied against all = American=92s is=20 contrary to an International Treaty and against the Sovereign = Orders of=20 the Queen! Like it or not, the Queen is our Monarch and Master! = The Tax is=20 illegal and still people have been prosecuted and imprisoned, = contrary to=20 law!

One=20 hundred percent (100%) of the people sentenced and held in all = American=20 Jails have either been convicted of crimes that are not = positive=20 law or were convicted of civil crimes, and are being = detained=20 there by their consent!=20 That=92s=20 Right! The lawyers and judges representing our legislature and = judicial=20 system; created maneuvers to insure that anyone who is accused of = a=20 so-called crime and posts bail, (signs a contract to appear and = consents=20 by that contract to the proceedings scheduled). Anyone who applies = for a=20 public defender, signs the same contract without knowing it and = anyone who=20 privately hires a lawyer to represent them in a Court proceeding, = consents=20 to the same contract upon the lawyer filing a =93Notice of = Appearance!=94 When=20 you hire a lawyer, you signed a Power of Attorney. He is required = to file=20 his Notice of Appearance in that case and that Notice of = Appearance offers=20 your consent and binds your appearance to the = proceedings!

Absent=20 these aforementioned contracts; the Court cannot proceed against = you! When=20 that occurs; the Judge and the Prosecutor, attempt to trick and = intimidate=20 you into giving your consent! If you don=92t know how to invoke = your=20 Sovereignty, and you take what they throw at you, and stand your = ground;=20 they will be forced to release you after 72 hours has = elapsed!

I=92m not = a bleeding=20 heart liberal who believes that we should open up the jails and = let=20 everyone out! There are people in our jails who need to be there, = despite=20 the fact that they have been incarcerated illegally! My vote is to = leave=20 that hornets nest alone!

We = American=92s are so=20 proud of the fact that we live in a Democracy! Now look up the = word=20 =93Democracy,=94 in a reputable Law Dictionary and see the = legal=20 meaning. Democracy is defined as: =93A Socialist form of = government and=20 another form of Communism.=94 Do you remember the lies that = President=20 Reagan, the Congress and the Media told=20 America? The lie was that, =93The Iron = Curtain fell=20 without a shot being fired!=94 The truth is that the Iron = Curtain came=20 down because Communist Europe found an ally in the West and there = was no=20 longer a need for walls! PS/ Your Federal Taxes constructed = the=20 Worlds largest automated vehicle and munitions plant for the=20 Soviet=20 Union, during = the=20 dismantling of the Berlin Wall! PPS/ The attempt to = assassinate=20 President Reagan occurred because he had disclosed to the American = people=20 that: =93None of the federal income tax paid by the American = people is ever=20 deposited into the United States Treasury and is being deposited = into the=20 Federal Reserve Bank for its use and benefit!=94 = Shortly=20 after making that statement, Reagan was shot by John Hinkley, who = was=20 quickly declared insane, so that there never would be a public = trial! If=20 you recall, President Reagan was never the same after that = incident! The=20 Masters don=92t play around - they eliminate problems or radically = curve=20 attitudes!

On = September 17,=20 1787, twelve State delegates of the Thirteen State Colony=92s = approved the=20 United States Constitution, not the Colonists, and by their doing = so, the=20 States became =93constitutors.=94 A =93constitutor=94 is = defined under=20 civil law as, =93One who by simple agreement becomes responsible = for the=20 payment of another=92s debt.=94 [See: Blacks Law Dictionary, = 6^th=20 Edition].

Many = early immigrants=20 to the United=20 States arrived here as Bonded Slaves. A person = of wealth=20 or substance became the [payor] by offering to pay or promising to = pay or=20 [bond] the debts of another person, and usually paid the cost of = his or=20 her voyage to America. This made the payor a [constitutor] = and gave him=20 title as [master] over the debtor [slave] by written contract. A = =93Bonded=20 Slave=94 is a corporate fiction. The payor=92s new title = and power as=20 the =93Bond Master=94 of the debtor, causes the immigrant to = become =93a Bond=20 Slave=94 and the property of the Master until such time he is paid = back his=20 investment by the Bond Slave or by someone else. This means that = the Bond=20 Master can buy and sell these contracts! =

If a = Bonded Slave was=20 mistreated by his Bond Master; the law did not represent him = because the=20 Bond Slave (a corporate fiction) had no human rights afforded to = him by=20 any law! Corporate fictions have no rights. If the Bonded Slave = desired=20 rights, he was obligated to negotiate them in his contract with = the Bond=20 Master before accepting the contract. If the Bonded Slave runs = away from=20 his abusive Bond Master; the law in place however, attached a = bounty,=20 hunted him down and returned him to the Bond Master. Remember also = that=20 the first Slaves in America were (Indian) and then Caucasian, of = English,=20 French, Irish and German ancestry.

The = Constitution is=20 not for =93We the People:=94

As = mentioned before,=20 the Colonists were never presented the Constitution to vote on its = passage=20 and approval because the Constitution was never written for them = and has=20 been rewritten two more times since then, but only our government=20 officials know about that! And now, so do you!=20

1) = Article ONE of=20 the Constitution allows = the=20 Congress to borrow against the full faith and credit of the = American=20 people without end. It keeps us eternally in debt and makes all = loans the=20 government received from the King or any other entity, valid and=20 enforceable against =93We the People!=94 How is that good for=20 us?

2) = Article ONE,=20 Section EIGHT, Clause (15) of the Constitution reads that it is the Militias job to = execute the=20 laws of the Union. The Militia is a military unit = something like=20 the Police or National Guard, and is composed of members of our = local=20 community. The new State Constitutions however, make Militias = illegal=20 except in time of war and authorizes the Police to arrest the = members of a=20 Militia, should they attempt to reform their ranks! How is that = good for=20 us?

3) = Article ONE;=20 Section EIGHT of the Constitution gives the Congress complete power over = the=20 Military. What do we do when it=92s the Congress, who we need to = have=20 arrested for Treason and Peonage? How is that good for=20 us?

President = Obama has=20 changed the Military Oath. Soldiers no longer swear to support or = defend=20 the Constitution but rather to support and defend the President! = Now,=20 isn=92t that convenient?

4) = Article SIX,=20 Section ONE of the Constitution=20 is the law that makes American Citizens responsible to file income = tax=20 returns and not because of Title 26 of the United States Code. = Parts of=20 our flawed history, taught to you by our government controlled = school=20 system, accurately described that the English people had been = taxed into a=20 state of poverty by King George and was one of the = reasons=20 the Colonists fled Europe for the New World. So how is this good for=20 us?

The IRS = is not a U.=20 S. Government Agency, they are Agents of a Foreign Power, = operating under=20 a private contract and your obligation to pay and file federal = taxes is a=20 scam! Only federal employees and persons born in=20 Washington, DC and the federal territories were ever = obligated=20 to pay and file, prior to The Stamp Act but we were never = informed=20 of that fact!

Our = government has=20 brainwashed us into believing that the National Debt is all our=20 responsibility, and a patriotic responsibility to pay our fair = share!=20 Here=92s the Truth about that subject! =

The = National Debt is=20 a Federal Debt, and always has been! The name change was the = clever use of=20 =93propaganda=94 intended to invoke our civil patriotic pride! The = foreign=20 Agents in charge of our government; have been borrowing funds to = line=20 their pockets with, to buy influence, make business deals and seal = Treaties with communist Third World Countries and Dictators, which = will=20 never benefit =93We the People.=94 They have lied to us, enslaved = us,=20 imprisoned us and sold our gold to the=20 Vatican in 1933 and invested the proceeds for = their=20 selves! The money they have been borrowing since 1933; is not real = money=20 but, =93negotiable debt instruments,=94 which is the same thing as = monopoly=20 money! This means that in order to pay off the Federal/National = Debt; all=20 they ever had to do was print a money order, without any account = numbers=20 on it, for the entire debt, sign it and present it to the lender = [The=20 Federal Reserve Bank] and the debt is paid in full!=20

The = foreign agents=20 who purport to be our public officials; are responsible for = eliminating=20 the strength of the American Labor Unions, the elimination of our = jobs,=20 the erosion of our inalienable rights, and have instigated every = war or=20 conflict we have ever become involved with in history and (they = convinced=20 us that it was the other guys fault)! They have converted us into=20 corporate fictions, and sold us as securities to foreign corporate = investors, and have denied us our heritage! Everything they have = been=20 doing is designed to undermine our freedom, liberty and = representative=20 form of government! Their goal and final blow against, =93We the = People,=94 is=20 our mass genocide and the total conversion of our government to = communism!=20

5) The = SIXTEENTH=20 AMENDMENT to the Constitution,=20 regardless of the dispute of how it was adopted; permits the = Federal=20 Government to assess and collect a direct tax against =93We the = People.=94=20 Most Americans do not know that the Federal Government is and = always has=20 been financially self sufficient, the result of tariff=92s imposed = upon=20 imports, exports and commerce. Not one penny of the Direct Federal = Income=20 Tax, paid through the IRS, is ever for or deposited into the = United States=20 Treasury. Those Taxes are deposited into the Federal Reserve Bank = for the=20 Masters use. So how is this direct tax good for us?=20

You may = be wondering=20 about now, how the United=20 States government can collect taxes from, = =93We the=20 People,=94 when we are Slaves, own nothing and are not a party to = the=20 Constitution? Despite its legality, it is done under a process = known as=20 =93debt collection=94 through private contractors [the IRS] and = through a=20 private contract, the United States Constitution. The IRS belongs = to the=20 International Monetary Fund, who also owns the Federal Reserve = Bank. The=20 IMF holds the controlling interest in all the banks in=20 America! The IMF is the Rockefeller and = Rothschild=20 Empires, along with the eleven wealthiest families in the World. = When you=20 see or hear of a Bank closing - it is a diversion and is intended = to=20 injure and panic the public! The condition of the economy in the = World=20 today is being manipulated by these people! Their schedule for the = adoption of the New World Order is close at hand and these = public=20 Agents need to scare us into believing that this new form of = government is=20 our salvation! Factually, it will only be good for them and it = will be our=20 ruin!

6) = Article 12 of=20 the Articles of Confederation=20 promises the full faith and credit of the American people to repay = all=20 loans made by the United=20 States government. The money borrowed by the=20 United=20 States to finance the Revolutionary War came = from=20 France. Who owned=20 France? (King George!) Who was the opposition = in the=20 Revolutionary War? (England.) Our Founding Fathers promised our = labor,=20 equity, full faith and credit, to repay those debts that will, in = theory,=20 never come to an end! So how is that good for=20 us?

7) The = Bill of=20 Rights was not for your = protection. They=92re laws that represent one mans ability, with = the=20 assistance of the State, to control another mans actions, and = since=20 they=92re included under the U. S. Constitution, they=92re not for = you! So how=20 is that good for us?

8) The Thirteenth=20 Amendment barred lawyers from ever holding a seat in public = office.=20 The Amendment was ratified however, during the second secret = writing of=20 the Constitution, this Amendment was dropped and replaced by the = 14th=20 Amendment and the 14th Amendment was replaced by the 15th = Amendment and so=20 on. The replacement wasn=92t done by a Constitutional Convention, = it was=20 simply omitted! The original Constitution is the Law of the Land = and was=20 designed to regulate our government! The 13th Amendment still is = positive=20 law but now about 98% of our public officials are lawyers; so if = we filed=20 motions to remove them from office, who would sign them? Wasn=92t = that=20 convenient for them?

9) On August 4,=20 1790; Article = ONE of=20 the U. S. Statutes at Large, pages 138 - 178, = abolished=20 the States of the Republic and created Federal = Districts! In the same year the former States of = the=20 Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote = new=20 State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they = presented to=20 the people of each State for a vote! Why this time? Because the = new State=20 Constitutions fraudulently made the people =93Citizens=94 = of the new=20 Corporate States.

A Citizen = is also=20 defined by law as a =93corporate fiction.=94 The = people were=20 bound to the Corporate State and the States were bound to the = Corporate United=20 States and fraudulently obligated all of us to pay the debts of = the=20 Federal Government owed to the King! This was necessary because = the=20 United=20 States was officially bankrupt on = January 1,=20 1788 and the = politician=92s=20 (our Founding Fathers) who benefitted the most by these = Revolutionary=20 loans, required a guarantee to present to the King! Absent that = guarantee,=20 they were personally obligated to repay the debts!=20

The state = constitutions were rewritten again during the Clinton = Administration,=20 except now they are called the Constitutions of Interdependence! = These=20 Constitutions read just like the Declaration of Independence, = except that=20 =93We the People=94 have been eliminated. This is the Magna Carta = of the=20 public officials, to protect them under The New World Order = Communist=20 Government! The public was never informed of this, like everything = else=20 and the media never reported any of the Fraud being perpetrated = against=20 America by their public officials!=20

I could = go on and on,=20 discussing Articles and Amendments of the Constitution but suffice = it to=20 say that the =91benefits=92 the government dangled in front of our = =93naive=20 noses,=94 has been used as an inducement for us to volunteer; and = that all=20 of these =91benefits=92 are received by us at a terrible cost! = When we apply=20 for government benefits, the foreign government in charge; = converts our=20 living sovereign person into a corporation and then records our = person as,=20 =93government asset property=94! The States use to provide = protection,=20 stability and security for the people but over time the focus of = their=20 attention has changed to the control of our minds, bodies, spirit = and=20 assets. To take a loyalty oath to support, defend and obey the=20 Constitution; now is to swear an oath to your Masters to be = ever=20 loyal to them! "Slaves you are and slaves you will ever=20 be!"

More = evidence of=20 our Slavery is as follows:=20

a) The = primary=20 control and custody of infants is with the corporate state = government=20 through the filing of government issued Birth Certificates, = which=20 are held in a State Trust and therein each applicant is recorded = under the=20 Department of Transportation as a State owned Vessel and financial = asset.=20 A government issued Birth Certificate was never needed as proof of = birth=20 because a baptismal record or a family bible entry of birth, was = and is an=20 exception to hearsay and constitutes legal proof of birth! Had = your=20 parents never applied for a government issued Birth Certificate, = none of=20 the Federal or State Statutes, Codes or Regulations in place, = would be=20 enforceable against you, and no government official or agency = could ever=20 tell you how to raise your children; declare you an unfit parent, = or take=20 your children away from you!

We all = made fun of=20 the Amish of Pennsylvania and yet the government cannot touch them = because=20 they do not participate in anything these corporate governments = have to=20 offer. The title to their land is recorded as an Ecclesiastical = Trust. The=20 Vatican (the Holy Roman Church) actually owns = all the=20 land, territories and insular possessions called=20 America and as long as the Amish remain an = Ecclesiastical=20 Trust and remain a passive Christian Society, the=20 Vatican will protect them. The Holy Roman = Church=20 possesses the power to protect or crush anyone and anything! [See: = Tillman=20 v. Roberts, 108 So. 62 [and] Title 26=20 U.=20 S.=20 C. 7701 [and] 18 U. = S. C. S. Government Printing Manual, which = instructs=20 government agencies on how to subtly convert a living man into a=20 corporation. The actual Director of our Social Security Fund and=20 Administration is the Queen of England and from which she is paid = a=20 generous salary. Your Social Security Card is issued by the United = Nations=20 through the International Monetary Fund and your Social Security = Number is=20 actually your International Slave Number! On the reverse side of = that card=20 is an =93E=94 letter followed by eight numbers. That is a = =93cusip=94=20 number, which is required on all securities! Yes! Another example is a =93Drivers License.=94 It is = your God=20 given right to travel the roadways of this nation and no = government has=20 any right to restrict, tax or license your pursuit of happiness! = The only=20 exception is a Driver of a Commercial Vehicle. The governments = have a=20 right to regulate Commerce, which means trade. Anyone operating a = vehicle=20 in Commerce must be licensed but all others are absolutely free to = travel=20 without one! The foreign Agents in power; have changed the common = meanings=20 of words to encapsulate and control every Sovereign. e) The = use of=20 =93Trusts=94 by the Masters and their Agents; is for a good = reason! A=20 Trust by law is secret and neither the Masters nor = their=20 agents [the Corporate Government and Courts] can be compelled to = expose=20 the rules or regulations of the Trust and those regulations = can=20 change with the wind, without notice to the participants! f) Slaves = cannot own=20 property. Look at the Deed to your home. You are identified as the = [Tenant] of the property and never the Owner = and=20 your Local and State land tax is actually a =93rent or use = fee=94=20 assessed by the State for the lease on the land. You gave them the = land=20 after closing via your Lawyer. Did he ever tell you that?=20

After = closing, your=20 Lawyer recorded the deed with the Court. The law only = suggests=20 recording the deed, it doesn=92t mandate it! Upon recording, you = gave the=20 land back to the State, who then leases it back to you for as long = as you=20 live there! Isn=92t that where you have constructed your home, = your castle?=20 I=92m paying for it, doesn=92t that make the land mine, you ask?=20

If you = fail to pay=20 the States assessed =93rent or use = fee,=94 which has been cleverly = disguised as a=20 direct state tax; you will be evicted from = your=20 castle and land, and the state will take title and sell your home = under=20 commercial law. Commercial Law ordains that, "Anything permanently = attached, is retained by the owner!=94 Who is the owner of = the land?=20 Why the State because you so graciously donated it to them.=20

Oh, I = almost forgot;=20 your Lawyer receives a fee from the State for recording your deed = for=20 their use and benefit! How do you feel about your lawyer now? = Didn=92t you=20 pay him to represent =93your interests=94 at the=20 closing?

Now you = see why=20 lawyers are the brunt of numerous jokes and have such a poor = reputation!=20 Its because they deserve it!

g) = Foreclosures are=20 nothing more than evictions, based on a different kind = of fraud.=20 The illusion of a debt [Mortgage] = that never=20 existed! No individual or family who has been foreclosed on and = evicted=20 from their home in the United=20 States is legal! The only exception to this is = owner-financing!

Other = than=20 owner-financing, the people who purchased their homes through a = Mortgage=20 Company, actually owned their homes =93completely=94 on the day of = the=20 closing. The definition has been changed by our government = lawyers to=20 conceal the fraud.

They then told you that you owe = them the=20 unpaid balance of your home and that you must pay them back with = interest,=20 in monthly installments!

At your = Closing, the=20 Mortgage Company had you sign a =93Promissory Note=94 in = which you=20 promised your sweat, your equity, full faith and credit against an = unpaid=20 balance. Then without your knowledge, the Mortgage Company sold = your=20 Promissory Note (your credit) to a Warehousing Institution such = as, Fannie=20 Mae or Freddie Mac. The Warehousing Institution uses your = Promissory Note=20 (your credit) as collateral and generates loans to other people = and=20 corporations with interest. Collateral is essential to a = corporation=20 because corporations have no money or credit. They=92re not real, = they=92re a=20 fiction and require the sweat, the equity, the full faith and = credit of=20 living individuals to breathe and sustain the life of the = corporation.=20 Corporate Governments operate under the same=20 principle.

The = Warehousing=20 Institution makes money off the =93Promissory Note=94 (your = credit)=20 and

even = though=20 the profits made are nothing more than new = (Negotiable Debt=20 Instruments), those instruments still have buying power in a = (Negotiable=20 Debt Economy). These debt instruments are only negotiable because = of the=20 human ignorance of the American people and the human ignorance of = people=20 in other countries of the World, who have all been lied to, told = this has=20 value, and the people don=92t know the=20 difference!

Did you = ever give=20 your permission to the Mortgage Company to sell your = credit?=20 So where is your cut of the profits? If the Mortgage = Company invested=20 nothing of their own in the purchase of your = home, why=20 are you making a monthly Mortgage payment to them with interest? = And where=20 do they get off foreclosing on or against anyone or threatening to = foreclose?

They do = it by fraud=20 and the Masters and their Agents (the governments, the = courts and=20 the banks) all know it! Everything done to us and against us is = about=20 sustaining their lives, the lives of the corporate governments = they=20 command and to keep =93We the People=94 under their = complete control!=20 They accomplish this control by taking away or threatening to take = away=20 your comfort and independence! They all use fraudulent means, = disguised as=20 law!

Note:=20 When you applied for a Mortgage, the Mortgage Company ran a credit = check=20 on you and if you had a blemish on your credit record, they = charged you=20 points (money) to ease their pain and lighten the risk (a credit = risk) of=20 their loaning you a Mortgage! More Fraud! Why are you paying = points, when=20 they never loaned you a dime! The credit report is just another = scam. If=20 you have a high credit report, the government and banks identify = you as an=20 =93Obedient Slave=94 and yet your =93Promissory Note=94 sold for = the same value as=20 the =93Promissory Note=94 endorsed by the man who is (a credit = risk)! Credit=20 didn=92t matter. The fact that you are a living person is what = matters!=20

More=20 Fraud:

The = Mortgage=20 Company maintains two sets of books regarding your Mortgage = payments.=20 The local set of books, is a record that they loaned you money and = that=20 you agreed to repay that money, with interest, each month. The = second set=20 of books is maintained in another State office, usually a Bank = because the=20 Mortgage Companies usually sell your loan contract to a Bank and = agree to=20 monitor the monthly payments in order to conceal the fraud!=20

In the = second set of=20 books, your monthly Mortgage Payment is recorded by the bank as a = savings=20 deposit because there is no real loan! When you pay off the = fraudulent=20 mortgage, the Bank waits (90) days and then submits a request to = the IRS.=20 The request states: =93That someone, unknown to this facility; = deposited=20 this money into our facility and has abandoned it! May we keep the = deposit?=94 The IRS always gives their permission to the bank to = keep the=20 deposit and your hard earned money just feathered the nest of the=20 Rockefeller, Rothschild and eleven other wealthy families in the = world!=20

Equity = Law, which=20 once controlled Americas=92 Corporate Courts, has been replaced = with=20 Admiralty/Maritime Law, pursuant to Title 28 of the United States = Code and=20 the Judiciary Act of 1789. This is the Law of Merchants and = Sailors.=20

Under=20 Admiralty/Maritime Law; the Courts presume you owe the Mortgage or = the Tax=20 or that you committed a crime defined as a Criminal Statute and it = is your=20 obligation to prove you=92re innocent! Where does it say in the Constitution that a = federal=20 employee has the authority to create law, create a police = authority or=20 expand a current one?

Do you = see how our=20 government has circumvented the restrictions placed upon them by = the=20 Constitution and manipulated the American people? Every = catastrophe,=20 calamity or disaster has been planned and financed by our = so-called public=20 representatives with an ulterior motive in mind. The creation of = Homeland=20 Security was done in the same way! A Terrorist attack was staged = by hired=20 men having connections to the Middle East. The director of the FBI = confessed to=20 the Congress of his Agencies involvement under Presidential Order. = He was=20 relieved of his position and Congress took no action against = President=20 Bush and the media did not report any of this to the American = people!=20 Treason charges were filed against President Bush, Vice-President = Cheney=20 and the FBI by a two star General from the Pentagon and no action = has ever=20 been taken and nothing was ever reported to the American public, = upon the=20 orders of President Obama.

This was = just another=20 government catastrophe designed to make you (the public) beg the=20 government to come to your aid and protect you! Each time one of = these=20 catastrophe=92s are staged; our representatives steal more of our = liberty=20 and freedom from us, but = America doesn=92t care because now they feel = safe once=20 again! And that=92s what these foreign Agents want us to believe = and feel!=20

Naturally, if a teacher = becomes too=20 creative and steps outside the box, or thinks outside the box, the = penalty=20 for such creativity is the termination of employment, their future = profession and benefits! Generally, the reason used for = termination is:=20 =93Failure to adhere to the established curriculum and or meet the = needs of=20 this establishment!=94 Who established the needs and curriculum? = Why the=20 government agents under the U. S. Department of Education, acting = through=20 the foreign Agents representing the Masters!=20

During = the Bush=20 Administration, a Treaty called the North American Alliance was = negotiated=20 and signed but the content was not reported to the American = public. The author=92s = true=20 profession was that of a lawyer, a lawyer who had a conscience, = =93another=20 oxymoron!=94 Leo J. Carroll was English and was privy to the early = scheme=20 and conspiracy to destroy all the Worlds governments and = eventually=20 replace them with a =93One World Government!=94 So he instituted = his own plan=20 to inform the Worlds population about this nefarious conspiracy, = by=20 writing about it in a children=92s story! He figured that parents = would buy=20 his book, read the story to their children and when the real = conspiracy=20 began to unfold; the parents would identify with his story and = rise up=20 against this evil!

Kudos to Leo J. Carroll, but = unfortunately his plan=20 was too quick and the pace of the conspiracy was too slow and = methodical=20 for anyone to make the = connection!

Consider = this=20 information:

1) During my = research, I=20 discovered a Congressional Record from the 1930=92s, which was a = report=20 compiled by an expert in counter intelligence hired by the British = Parliament. The report detailed a plan or method to be employed by = Parliament and the=20 United=20 = States government, for = the complete=20 take over and destruction of the=20 U.=20 S. representative = form of=20 government! The report was sent to our Congress for review and = then there=20 was an argument from certain members of Congress who insisted that = the=20 report be recorded as =93Top Secret,=94 out of a fear of reprisal, = should the=20 American people discover its existence!=20

The opposition = members of=20 Congress argued that the American people are = functionally=20 illiterate and too = preoccupied with=20 their own personal comfort, to be concerned about what we do! NOTE: This scientist = revealed that=20 the President and Congress are expected to order mass vaccinations = for a=20 (fictitious swine flu pandemic) in the fall of 2009 and that the = vaccine=20 to be used; contains small amounts of Bird guano, a substance = known to=20 cause serious illness and death and in several tests, killed the = lab=20 animals that were injected! This scientist suggested that most of = the=20 soldiers, who have died in the = Middle=20 East conflict, have = died from=20 these vaccinations, but no one is=20 talking!

NOTE: The people who = have died of=20 (swine flu) so far, died because they were vaccinated with the = vaccine=20 that is planned to be given to the American population in the fall = of 2009=20 and half of the Worlds population. The World Health Organization = is=20 expected to declare a (pandemic) and will request that President = Obama and=20 Congress order mandatory vaccinations in the=20 United=20 = States! Any one who = refuses to take=20 the =93death vaccine,=94=20 will be arrested as = a=20 Terrorist=20 and will be = committed into=20 internment camps!

As a Terrorist, no one is permitted a = lawyer, a=20 hearing or a judge, pursuant to the new Patriot Act passed by = Congress=20 after 911.

3) I met an elderly = gentleman=20 while living in = Virginia. Somehow our = conversation=20 moved from the weather to the death of JFK and then the death of = Franklin=20 D. Roosevelt. I confessed to the gentleman that I had located = Executive=20 Orders signed by President Kennedy, six months before his = assassination=20 and that in those Executive Orders, President Kennedy disclosed = that he=20 and his brother Bobby, the Attorney General, have uncovered = evidence that=20 the Federal Reserve Bank was instituting a plan to undermine the = American=20 Economy!

President Kennedy =93Ordered=94 the = dismantling of the=20 Federal Reserve Bank by these Executive Orders and =93Ordered=94 = that the U.=20 S. Mint begin printing and circulating Silver Certificates to = replace the=20 Federal Reserve Notes in circulation. These facts were never = presented to=20 the special commission appointed to investigate JFK=92s = assassination and=20 these Executive Orders were never repealed however, the Federal = Reserve=20 was never dismantled and after JFK=92s assassination, the U.S. = Mint ceased=20 the printing of Silver Certificates. In the years to follow, the = Federal=20 Reserve Bank attempted to remove all of those Silver Certificates = from=20 circulation and destroy them. Only coin collectors possess any of = the=20 original Silver Certificates. The Collectors can trade or sell = them=20 between each other but they are prohibited now by law, from = circulating=20 them back into the American economy! Imagine that, the Congress = passed a=20 law prohibiting the circulation of lawful currency!=20

4) This same elder = gentleman=20 told me that when he was a child of 12, his father was a Mortician = in=20 Washington,=20 DC and his family = resided at=20 the Funeral Home where his father was employed. This Funeral Home = was=20 eventually engaged by the White House to embalm the corpse of = President=20 Franklin D. Roosevelt, upon his = death.=20

The elder gentleman then asked me; =93Do = you know why=20 FDR=92s funeral was a closed casket, when he died of natural = causes?=94=20

I didn=92t know the answer! Then the = elder gentleman=20 responded: =93Because my father didn=92t know how to hide a bullet = hole to the=20 head!=94

The man went on to elaborate how the = Secret Service=20 and FBI had visited the funeral home during this timeframe and = made=20 everyone swear under threat of death, not to reveal what we saw or = knew!=20 Nothing was ever reported to the public or printed about it in the = history=20 books and, =93I=92m too old now to give a shit about their = threats!=94=20 = =20

Just in case the old guy was simply = trying to best=20 my research on JFK; I wrote down the name of the Funeral Home and = his last=20 name, once I entered my vehicle. Later that afternoon I began to = research=20 FDR=92s death and burial and discovered that the name of the = Funeral Home=20 matched! I then found a censes report for Washington, DC of that = year and=20 discovered that the old gentleman=92s father was in fact a = Mortician and he=20 resided at the Funeral Home with his wife and two children!=20

5) Not knowing as = much then as=20 I do today; I telephoned the Washington Post and spoke to Bob = Woodward,=20 who was one of the two famous investigative reporters responsible = for=20 bringing down the Nixon Administration. I told Mr. Woodward about = the=20 possibility that FDR had been assassinated in office and was = covered up! I=20 gave him what information I could and told him that I hoped he = would be=20 able to solve this incident as well! This was seven years ago and = nothing=20 was ever printed, discussed in the Post or was ever released by = any news=20 service!
