CTED Schedules 4 workshops to Update GMA

The CTED stands for: the WA State Dept. of "Community Trade and Economic Development". This is the government agency that oversees the GMA (Growth Management Act), COA (Critical Areas Ordinance) and other environmental agency/liberal/UN agenda take-overs/take-away's. Some may be familiar with the personal property issues that are being controlled by their governance, via state and county ordinances/WAC's, with their property.

Below is their mission statement....

Growth Management Services (GMS) Mission and Goals Mission

We assist and guide local governments, state agencies, and others in planning and achieving effective solutions to manage growth and development, consistent with the Growth Management Act (GMA).

....you can view their government goals for your personal property at: https://www.cted.wa.gov/portal/alias__CTED/lang__en/tabID__375/DesktopDefault.aspx

Also below is  a fine email from a friend of mine about their upcoming meetings called: "CTED Release of the Scope of Work for WAC Update Process". At these meetings, they will be dreaming up new ways to take control of your personal property. For those that wish to get involved or find out more info., please read on.

Jack Venrick
"The most effective way of making people
accept the validity of the values they are
to serve is to persuade them that they are
really the same as those which they...
have always held, but which were not
properly understood or recognized before.
And the most efficient technique to this
end is to use the old words but change
their meaning. Few traits of totalitarian regimes
are at the same time so confusing to the superficial
observer and yet so characteristic of the whole
intellectual climate as the complete perversion
of language, the change of meaning of the words
by which the ideals of the new regimes are expressed."

CTED has scheduled a set of four workshops as part of the review and update of the administrative rules governing the GMA.

The workshops will be held throughout the state:

Water Resources Education Center
4600 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98663

Thursday, April 3 9:00am to Noon

16650 State Route 536, Mount Vernon, WA 98273

Friday, April 4 9:00am to Noon
University of Washington Campus

1900 Commerce Street, Tacoma, WA 98402

Thursday, April 24 9:00am to Noon
City Council Chambers

Please plan to attend one of these workshops to let us know what you think about the proposed scope of work, the proposed organization and key concepts for drafting revised and new rules. Enclosed is the Save the Date card you can distribute to others you know who might be interested in attending.

It would help with preparations to know how many plan to attend each session. So please let us know which one you would like to attend.
