Extracts from Salmon at Risk & Elite Planners by Dr. Crittenden

  • "During the early 1990's, while I was working in Olympia, Washington, doing consulting
    for several natural resource agencies,
    • I gradually came to the realization that some of them were deliberately depressing
      the salmon stocks."
  • So, I made an appointment to speak with the head of one of the largest and most
prominent of them. At that meeting, I told him about what was happening, for about
fifteen minutes. Then, he stopped me and he said,
    • "Yes, we are doing it but you'll never be able to prove it."
  • What they said was, that every Thursday, at 1:00 pm, the heads of the State natural
resources agencies, the Tribal Fisheries Commission and the leading environmental groups
had been meeting to decide which {fish} stocks to depress, in order to leverage political
    policies.

  • The environmental newspaper had routinely sent a reporter to these meetings,
to keep abreast of developing issues.

  • The next week I sent a friend to their meeting, who they did not know, to see what they
were doing. He told me that that was, indeed, what they were doing.

Extracts From "Humans Without Resources"

"Not one species has been brought back from the brink of
extinction by the Endangered Species Act in over twenty-five
years of operation. Despite lofty rhetoric, in practice the Act is
merely a tool for promoting the habitat evangelist’s agenda
without regard for the magnitude of costs incurred. Once
again we have the full force of government at all levels
unnecessarily preventing human’s use of necessary resources."

"In a study titled “Progeny to Parent Ratios for Columbia
Basin Stream Type Chinook Salmon” Dr. William McNeil
discovered that expanding populations of salmon are linked to
fair and poor habitat. Dr. McNeil studied data for the last 20
years for 23 streams that feed the Columbia River. He found
that the average return rate for streams with “poor” habitat
(as defined by PATH ) more than doubled that of “good”
streams. “Fair” habitat streams more than tripled the output
of “good” streams.

He concluded that pristine streams are starving the fish. See
Volume 1, Issue 4 of this publication for a detailed discussion
of the problem with clean water. Dr. McNeil is a former
Oregon State University fisheries professor and a program
manager for the National Marine Fisheries Service."

Latest Mess Created By King County Municipal Corporation -

a Political Subdivision of D.Ceit Inc.

How King County Municipal Corporation and complicit colluding non
government groups are making money by cleaning up the mouth of
this stream and rerouting it under the myth they are saving the fish....
while the hard truth is they are attracting less fish and starving those
few who do return according to the above studies, i.e. they are all
doing this for the grant money which is central banking debt created
to confiscate the natural resources of the American natural born .

Boise Creek Mess 1

        • Boise Creek King County Municipal Corp. of Washington State
        • Took a bribe of some $750,000 of grant debt, added some more tax taking
        • And created this mess - pictures above and below
        • Political junk agenda consensus & dirty green politicians funded themselves
        • The State, County and nearby cities are complicit in these takings

Boise Creek Mess 2

      • A beautiful natural landscape of old trees were cut down and ripped up
      • Then bulldozed
      • Then their debris is scattered to the wind
      • And the project abandoned
      • Once you allow anyone to take anything from someone's property, for any reason
        • YOU CAN SOON TAKE EVERYTHING FOR ANY REASON
      • Do not allow any government agents on or near your or your neighbor's property

Boise Web Mess 3

      • Meanwhile King County Municipal Corporate agents are making issue with the Name Clearing permit in North Bend, Washington about an hour from Boise Creek
      • Governments including municipal corporations do not have authority or jurisdiction on private property period
      • This corrupt system and ideology invents myths and fiction to take property
      • These takings do NOT thread to any founding or fundamental laws
      • The property owners do not contract to be harassed or abused or even permitted

Extract from Ghost Story by Jim Lichatowich

"The salmon do have important advice to offer, if only we will seek it out. The first step is to recognize that they are far more experienced at the work of restoration than we are. In fact, the salmon have been restoring themselves for over 15 million years. It is only our arrogance and the deep-seated belief in human separation and control over nature that leads us to believe we can restore the salmon without being attentive to the lessons these magnificent fish can offer. Our failure to pay attention to the salmon and to learn from them has led us to hatcheries and smolt barges as a substitute for healthy rivers. It has led us to conclude that the amount of money spent is the most important measures of progress towards salmon restoration. It has led us to ignore the important lessons the salmon have to teach us. And the richest source of those lessons can be found among the ghosts of salmon."

Extracts from Salmon Without Rivers" by Jim Lichatowich

Point 1 - "As we have seen, many natural factors harming Columbia Basin salmon populations have been on the rise since the 1970s. More generally, looking over periods from 10,000 to 100,000 years, the populations of many marine animals exhibit huge fluctuations. Examples include Dungeness crabs, Maine lobsters, Pacific anchovy, and many other species.

Point 2 - "Fundamentally, the salmon's decline has been the consequence of a vision based on flawed assumptions and unchallenged myths.... We assumed we could control the biological productivity of salmon and 'improve' upon natural processes that we didn't even try to understand."

Point 3 - "As a general matter, the popular conception of a “balance of nature” is misleading. Modern science is moving toward what Gregg Easterbrook has called “the action-packed balance of nature”: at any given time, forces are at work disturbing any particular trend toward equilibrium. From this perspective, efforts to avoid any and all extinctions make no sense."

Point 4 - "Nature would laugh at the idea that a salmon population at any moment is perfectly optimized for the natural conditions at that moment, so that its genetic purity must be preserved at all costs. Species that exist now are survivors of all kinds of catastrophic changes in the environment, and may only loosely fit conditions at the moment. They have many, many genes whose purpose only becomes apparent as conditions change."

Regarding Boise Creek & Other Fish Myths - Part 2

Boise Creek "Salmon Restoration" King County Washington State

About a half mile of Boise Creek is being ripped up between the Mud Mountain Road and the White River just off SR 410 on the King and Pierce County Line

Enumclaw Zoning

This map shows how elite government planners grow their green fiefdoms using unconstitutional zoning among other illegitimate practices which go against all the founding, natural and divine laws of the land and God.

  • Where Boise Creek dumps into the White River is zoned Agriculture and Rural Residential.
  • I am being told there is a 165 feet set back from the creek for all the property owners from the creek.
  • EXCEPT for the green government and non government types of course

"If they have a plan in place, then no one can sue them for harming the salmon. Guess who the fall guys are? Since the rural counties and the rural areas of urban counties don’t have many votes, the plan is to make us mitigate for the salmon destroyed by the urban areas. It is proof that, when pressed, the politicians and bureaucrats are smart enough to save themselves. Unfortunately, those of us in the rural areas who have always been superior stewards of our lands are forced to mold our land to some mythical “good habitat” as defined by the habitat evangelists." Humans Without Resources

King County watersheds share $1.5 million in state funds for salmon habitat protection, restoration

  • White River Watershed in southern King County received grant awards for two projects:

  • Boise Creek Fish Passage - $95,000 The Puyallup Tribe of Indians will use this grant to design and engineer two projects -- one to relocate Boise Creek to its historic channel within the Enumclaw Golf Course and one to provide fish passage above Boise Creek Falls. Relocating the channel will provide shade, better cover and other habitat benefits, and will reduce human disturbance to spawning fish. The fish passage project will open more than one mile of habitat, increasing spawning habitat in the creek by 20 percent. The newly opened segment will offer better overall habitat than areas downstream because it is in a forest. The tribe will contribute $25,000.

Do you see anything wrong with the existing Boise Creek, I don't?

King County Boise Creek

King County Washington DOT and dozens of colluding green extreme groups see lots of money to be made here at the expense of the property owners and taxpayer.

It is no accident that this area is under extreme urbanization with a long standing green political pressure groups to park out the Enumclaw and Buckley plateau with further takings of private and public property. This includes the Rails to Trails tyranny of the Futurewise Director of State Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation.

Interagency Committee For Outdoor Recreation

Coming to your property soon - state, county, city green coalition forcing thousands of unknowing property owners abutting and near these trails to abandon all hope to secure the sanctity of their homes and land in peace and quiet, privacy and safety away from the very urban centers who try to engulf them now. For more on this story link here. .

One King County employee said this project creates jobs. These are NOT jobs, this is green extortion and more unnecessary liability upon the natural born, sovereign and free state Citizens who had little to no voice in these takings. Not to mention the natural born are being evicted, foreclosed, bankrupted, laid off, jailed, fined, coded, charged usurious interest, levied with unconstitutional and fraudulent unapportioned property taxes, real-estate excise sales taxes, state till indirect taxes and federal "income" NOT private property wages taxes meant for only profit and gain.

"...Their study team was composed primarily of representatives of government agencies and the local citizens had little input into the process. In particular, their team's final report states that they received no input from the public; but the local populace has some strong opinions about how they were excluded.

These pilot projects were also trials of the consensus process as a new structure for government. Councils such as these, are now being set up statewide and nationwide as part of the President's plan (1995) for the reinvention of government. These councils usually have seats reserved for stakeholders, e.g. state and federal agencies, local and tribal governments, business interests. ..in order to be a member of one of the councils, you must be in conflict of interest driven by funding...

In addition granting one seat on the council to each private stakeholder group balances the various interests in the private sector leaving the government agencies in control.

These council's intended function is the formation of public policy, e.g. comprehensive watershed plans, salmon restoration plans, water use plans, etc. Compliance...is a condition for funding and permits. Thus they determine what agencies will do and the public MAY do.

The structure of these councils violates the civil rights of the citizens of the community, because seats on these councils are held by individuals who were not elected by the voters in the community but they make the public policy decisions.."

Quoted from "Salmons at Risk & Elite Planners" by Jim Lichatowich

Check out how many are living off this project and others like it

  • Narrative to the Three Year Project List
  • Here they are making a career out of landscaping the same area
  • Here you have some $42 million dollars for three years of landscaping for fish
  • Plus the overhead for 15,000 employees for King County, 25,000 employees of Washington State plus tens of thousands of city employees and federal employees in Puget Sound.

PUBLIC NOTICE of What They are NOT Doing:

  • Notice they are NOT unfunding these illegitimate unnecessary political junk green myths
  • Notice they are NOT funding the elimination of corrupt legal fiction of taxing/taking private property
  • Notice they encourage this taking by accepting more debt with strings attached
  • Notice they are encumbering you and your property with strings you never agreed too
  • Notice they are NOT unfunding all illegitimate unapportioned and unnecessary direct taxes
  • Notice they are NOT unfunding the continuance of non allodial titles such as fee simple
  • Notice the property owners are NOT involved directly in any of these green takings
  • Notice first, what they are NOT doing and NOT saying
  • Notice the municipal corporations are getting richer and more powerful
  • Notice all of your freedoms, liberties and unalienable rights are gone

Why are you doing this, I asked? The reply was, the creek banks are caving in and they want to return the creek to its original path and floodplain.

"King County's surface water management program identifies, prevents and manages the impacts of development on water runoff like flooding, erosion, pollution, and low stream flows. King County is required to provide surface water management services by state and federal law and pays for these vital services with a fee assessed on property owners in unincorporated King County."

Boise Creek Rapid Rural Reconnaissance Report

The stealing of more private and public land based on green myths justifies a growing cycle of taking of our wages, homes and estates while they place us and our future generations into a irreversible spiral into debt, inflation, more "bailouts" and enslavement. All of these takings are absolutely unnecessary and only used to fool the ignorant public to believe they somehow need to lower their life standards below those in these green government and non government groups.
